Kate O'Dell

NASM certified personal trainer — Functional Aging Specialist — Les Mills fitness instructor —

Kate’s first gym love was leading group exercise classes. She’s been doing that since 2012 and has no plans to quit. She started working with a personal trainer in 2014, where she discovered a love of the iron. She got much stronger than she ever imagined she could. Coaching small group HIIT classes at the gym showed her how much of a positive impact in both technique and enjoyment she could make working with people one-on-one.

After obtaining her personal training certification, training family and friends, and working with clients in a local gym, she decided to branch out to work with the Arvada community at large. She’s found that in-person and online training are great ways to connect with all sorts of people.

She enjoys learning about the human body and how to effectively and efficiently train it to make people’s lives better and easier. She will never tell you that you need to look a certain way, eat a certain diet, or promise a quick fix, but rather teach you how to make movement a healthy and sustainable part of your life at any age. Her greatest joy is helping people discover their own strength and helping them on their journey from “I can’t” to “Heck yes I can!”.
